Today, I received several requests from Central Committee Members to provide more frequent updates on the status of our pending complaint CV-2024-10 so, for your situational awareness, reference the attachment and notice below for trial dates, times and location:

 

Public Notice

The Trial dates of February 13th & 14th, 2024 have been set concerning the Removal of the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) for failure to perform statutory duties, as noted in the filing of Case # CV-2024-10.  


Members of the public are encouraged to attend.


Feb 13th & 14th starting at 9:00 a.m.
