Republican Women of Sheridan County Scholarship Award
(An Annual Award of $1000)
The Republican Women of Sheridan County (RWSC) seeks to help women to pursue further education after high school. RWSC wishes to support women with a hand up and firmly believes that education is essential to reaching one’s full potential. The scholarship is intended to provide funding for post high school education or training for women to obtain gainful employment and self-sufficiency.
Qualifications: The annual scholarship award is intended to provide funds to a Republican woman who plans to obtain a post high school education, including an undergraduate or graduate program at a community college, university, vocational or trade school.
Basic scholarship criteria: Female age 17 years or older, High School senior, diploma or GED, Registered Republican Resident of Sheridan County. Planned attendance to community college, university, vocational or trade school.
