The Honorable Judge Sullins adjusted the start time for tomorrow’s continuation in the trial regarding the SCGOP Complaint (CV-2024-10).  Please note the new start time for 14 February 2024:

 

Public Notice

The Trial dates of February 13th & 14th, 2024 have been set concerning the Removal of the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) for failure to perform statutory duties, as noted in the filing of Case # CV-2024-10.  

Members of the public are encouraged to attend.

 

Date/Time:  Feb 13th & 14th  starting at 9:00 a.m.

Date/Time:  Feb 14th starting at 8:30 a.m.

 

Location:  In the District County Fourth Judicial District Courtroom, Sheridan County, Wyoming

 

Proceedings to address the case of:

Sheridan County Republican Party

(Plaintiff)
