Created the Precincts group as a means to measure local precinct citizen support for "actionables" at the federal, state, county, and city levels. It is a public group, so all are welcome to join.

I appreciate you taking the initiative, as we were developing the scheme for the Groups, and Precincts was definitely top of the list. I took what you started and refactored it so all the Precincts are in the group. Thanks for seeing a need and addressing it!
