Talk with your neighbor's, friend's and family members here in WYO, if they voted for a legislature and that legislature is not speaking on their behalf, they should be sent letters and email's to the speaker and the entire legislation to request that individual(s) resign immediately!!
These folks have no business in office if they won't speak on your behalf!!

Another option is for the citizenry to make public statement of expectation for their legislators. Post HB0116 in the precincts group of this website is one example of how; we can measure public support or rejection of an idea. This could be taken one step further to assign priority to the ideas with the greatest number of supporters. One of the biggest challenges facing the citizenry is the sheer volume of information. So simplify the problem rather than work through it all. Focus on what is priority. If the public misses something that the current legislator think is important, they will surely let up know.
I am currently the admin of the precincts group developing the means to measure republican support or rejection of an idea for this website. Please ask question, if my explanation and example is lacking.
