SAWS Public Hearing @ Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall

This post is to let you know that there will be TWO PUBLIC MEETINGS where people can express their thoughts on the proposed dissolution of the Sheridan Area Water Supply Joint Powers Board (SAWSJPB) and the transfer of ownership and responsibility of the SAWS water system to the City of Sheridan. The two dates are as follows: - Tuesday, October 24, 2023, 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall - Monday, October 30, 2023, 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall Please plan on attending either or both meetings if you would like to express your thoughts or hear what other people are saying on the matter. Please help spread the word about this meeting. Public involvement is a critical part of this process and the Joint Powers Board has agreed that hearing public comments on this matter is very significant prior to moving forward with any actions.
