Sanity Exists After All

The Honorable Darci Phillips, presiding Judge of the Fourth Judicial District of Wyoming, rendered a judgment today on the failure of the Sheridan County Commissioners to fill a vacancy with one of the three candidates selected by the Sheridan County Republican Party.

Cutting to the chase, District Judge Phillips will interview and choose one of the three candidates, Michael Arzy, Bryan Helferich, and Holly Jennings, by September 19 at the latest.

We applaud District Judge Phillips for her sane and logical judgement.
