County

  • County Commissioners vote against sending a letter to the Wyoming Water Development Commission (WWCD) supporting the City's water transmission main project.

  • Sheridan Area Water Supply Joint Powers Board (SAWSJPB) voted against send a letter to WWCD supporting the City's water transmission main project.

  • The SAWSJPB proposal to dissolve the board is still a tabled issue which should be voted down due to public out cry against the idea.

  • Hand Counted Votes: Does the public want them? What are the options, if the Public does want Hand Counted Votes in our next Election for Sheridan County?

  • County Clerk and Election Supervisor to meet with GOP Tuesday to discuss upcoming elections.

City

  • City Council appointed Sasha Johnson to Sheridan County Attainable Housing Council (SCAHC) .

  • SCAHC voted to support the Stone Mill project.

  • The SAWSJPB proposal to dissolve the board is still a tabled issue which should be voted down due to public out cry against the idea.

  • The City will soon be appointing a new member to the Planning Council. Our State Legislator Pendergraft has thrown his hat in for consideration. Let's give Our Legislator. Our Support. Let the Mayor and Council know: what you think.
