Pursuant to tomorrow's Board of County Commissioners special meeting to select a temporary replacement to fill the vacant seat, we present a letter from Secretary of State Chuck Gray providing clarifying guidance to the BOCC of the process described in Wyoming Statute WS 18-3-524:
